Policies

 Cancelling of orders can only be done by contacting us via email or phone. There are some items that  are special order and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed. If that is the case, we are always sure to let our clients know before placing orders. If an order has been processed and shipped, it will not qualify as a cancellation and will be treated as a return. Please see return policy. If order was pre-paid, a refund will be processed upon cancellation approval.
